Welcome to Harders Charters
Cayuga Lake offers some of the best fishing in the Finger Lakes and Captain Mike and his crew know how to catch 'em. Cayuga Lake is the second largest of the Finger Lakes at just under 40 miles long and an average width of 1.7 miles wide and at its deepest point of 435 ft. Depending on the weather we start to fish mid-April through early October. We troll for Landlocked Salmon, Brown, Rainbow, and Lake Trout. Coming this year, our fishing report to see what we are currently catching. Not only does Cayuga Lake offer a variety of fish, but also some of the most beautiful sunsets, which you can enjoy while the Harders Charters crew fillets and packages your catch.
Our goal here at Harders Charters is not only to put fish in the boat but to provide a safe and memorable fishing experience for all. We welcome everyone of all ages and skill levels--from those curious to try out fishing for the first time, to the seasoned angler. The Yum Runner II is a well kept, extremely clean fishing machine. The Yum Runner II is new for the 2022 fishing season, she is a 33ft Tiara Open with a ton of space. The Yum Runner II is equipped with all the latest top of the line tackle, rods, and reels needed to make your trip a successful one. That means you do not have to bring any gear. The Yum Runner II is also loaded with all modern and up-to-date electronic fishing equipment. And to top if off, The Yum Runner II has a spacious cabin if you need to get out of the sun, and a private bathroom!
Who We Are
Captain Mike has a passion for fishing like no other, he has been fishing Cayuga lake for over 20 years and knows Cayuga lake better than most. Mike is a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain.
